Terms of Service.
Review the terms and conditions governing Martelo Digital software contracts, hosting agreements, and Academy student registrations.
1. Fixed Quotations and Scope
All projects are governed by a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining binding milestones, pricing variables, and deliverables. Any modifications to the project scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
2. Payment Milestones
Contracts generally require an upfront deposit followed by progress payments on milestone delivery. Support services are billed monthly in advance. Academic course fees are payable in full before the student's cohort start date.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon final payment receipt, clients retain full ownership of all custom software code, designs, and network configurations designed specifically for their project. Standard Martelo development libraries remain our property but are licensed to you perpetually.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauteng courts.
